This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, reschedules, and cancellations are processed for services booked through Sparklit, owned and operated by OneZero Innovations Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking a service through our Platform (website, mobile app, or WhatsApp), you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Booking Confirmation
Once a service is booked, a confirmation message will be shared via WhatsApp or app notification with your booking details. Bookings are subject to crew availability in your area.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Before Crew Assignment: Cancellations made before a crew is assigned are eligible for a 100% refund.
- After Crew Assignment but Before Arrival: A cancellation fee of up to ₹25 may apply to compensate for logistics costs.
- After Crew Arrival: Once the crew reaches your location, cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation or Delay by Sparklit
- If Sparklit cancels a booking due to crew unavailability or operational issues, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method.
- If there’s a delay exceeding 30 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time and you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
4. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before the original service time, subject to availability. No additional fee applies for the first reschedule; subsequent changes may incur nominal administrative fees.
5. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds are credited via the same payment method used for booking.
- In case of payment gateway delays, additional processing time may apply.
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed or partially completed services.
- Services cancelled after crew arrival.
- Promotional or discounted bookings with non-refundable terms clearly stated during booking.
7. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
Sparklit shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or emergencies beyond reasonable control. Refunds or credits in such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
