This Agreement governs the use of services provided by OneZero Innovations Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand name Sparklit (“Platform,” “Services”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies.

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms
- Your use of the Platform is subject to these Terms and any updates published here.
- We may modify these Terms anytime. Significant changes will be notified via email and/or the Platform.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
3. Definitions
- Platform: The Sparklit website, mobile app, WhatsApp interface, and related offerings.
- Customer: Individual or guardian using or booking services.
- Crew: Independent contractors providing household services.
- Services: Tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, utensil washing, and related chores.
4. Eligibility and Parental Consent
- Customers must be at least 18 years old to create accounts and book services.
- Minors (3–17 years) may use the Platform only through a parent or guardian’s account.
- The guardian must accept these Terms and assumes all responsibility.
5. Service Description and Availability
- Sparklit connects Customers with Crew for household tasks.
- Availability depends on Crew presence and coverage area.
- Each booking includes a 15-minute grace period for Crew arrival; arrivals within this window are considered on-time.
- Unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, force majeure) may qualify for rescheduling or cancellation per policy.
6. Booking and Payment
- Bookings require accurate address, time, and service details.
- Pricing is shown upfront with taxes included; rates may vary by demand or time.
- Special requests may incur extra charges subject to your approval.
- Payments are securely processed; you must provide valid payment information.
7. Customer Obligations and Behavior
- Provide safe, respectful conditions for Crew to perform services.
- Avoid abusive or discriminatory behavior and comply with all laws.
- Ensure clear communication and access to the service location.
- Do not engage in fraudulent activity or misuse of the Platform.
8. Liability, Theft, Damage, and Insurance
- Company’s financial liability per claim is limited to ₹5,000 or the booking amount, whichever is lower.
- This limit does not apply to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.
- Theft or damage incidents require prompt reporting and joint investigation.
- Customers are advised to maintain insurance for valuables; Crew may carry separate coverage.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All Platform content, branding, software, and materials are owned or licensed by the Company. No material may be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written consent.
10. User-Generated Content and Third-Party Links
Customers retain rights to their submitted content but grant Sparklit a license to use it for operations and improvement. External links are provided for convenience; we disclaim responsibility for third-party content or practices.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activities. Customers remain liable for dues incurred before termination. Termination does not limit our legal remedies.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breaches or misuse of the Platform.
13. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, or system outages.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Arbitration may occur under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bangalore.
- Parties may attempt mediation before litigation.
15. Confidentiality and Privacy
Customer data is processed per our Privacy Policy and relevant data-protection laws. Confidential information is safeguarded against unauthorized disclosure except as required by law.
16. Assignment
You may not transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the Company.
17. Pricing and Changes
Service prices may change periodically. Customers should review current prices before booking. Any updates to services or Terms will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
18. Notices
Official communications are sent to your registered contact details or to the Company’s address below.
19. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms and related policies constitute the full agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
